Ballyhaunis to get by-laws to target anti-social behaviour

New by-laws preventing the consumption of intoxicating liqour in public places are to be introduced in Ballyhaunis. Cllr John Cribben highlighted the problem at a recent Mayo County Council meeting and said it was a major problem especially at The Friary Ground. Once the by-laws are drafted it will take up to three months to put them in place.
